"I called the courteous and professional staff at Commonwealth Kia (even though they are pretty far away from me) and talked with Eric and asked him if I could bring it up, he said that they would get it in if they could. Around an hour or so goes by and it was fixed! I am so grateful for Eric and Fred in the service department over at Kia." -Happy Customer
